We appreciated this incredibly beautiful hotel and didn't want to leave, strongly recommend. The room was beautiful with bedrooms, microwave, dryer, had the best night sleep. A shower, hairdryers, and free toiletries was a plus.

There were several cleanliness issues during the stay, such as dishes left in the dishwasher, a dirty coffee pot, and overlooked areas by housekeeping. Additionally, the lack of response and care from staff and management when issues were raised, such as the smell of marijuana in the hallways, left a negative impression.
